They honestly think the crisis is over and no banks will go belly-up AFTER this deal goes through?

What will happen then? Will there be round 2 and another "rescue package"?

Oh well, it's all just borrowed money we're using to prop up these lenders with anyway, we'll just borrow the whole country out of debt.
