I saw it. It also bespeaks the desparation being felt by the energy injected by the simple choice of a VP. Amazing, historically amazing. I laughed out loud.

I watched some of the FOX post debate coverage and saw that Colmes-Morris exchange. I can't blame Morris. He is brought on to comment on what he has observed. He is an astute and insightful observer, a somewhat independent observer I think (he called the Obama-McCain debate for Obama). He was right to get POed when Colmes starts reading off Democrat talking points sheet and not addressing what Morris's comments were. It was beyond the pale.
Speaking of beyond the pale, did you all see how that representative from Florida, a woman, refused to answer Hannity's questions and just kept droning on with her banal and obviously biased comments about the debate. She just refused point blank to answer the question put to her.
I agree, I sense some desperation in the Obama camp when it comes to Palin, and I don't understand what the big deal is. They don't feel threatened by McCain; they are up in the polls; what is their beef with Sarah Palin?
I read some reference to an columnist's article a while back where she said that Palin was not in the same league as these other guys. In my opinion, last night she showed she could stand up there toe-to-toe with Joe Bidden, at any rate, and not only hold her own but give worse than she got. I think they must be scared of her because she may represent a wedge between the democrats and the women's vote -- particularly the Hillary vote. I think they have good reason to be frightened of this. She is a smart, energetic woman who is very down to earth and establishes rapport with people -- unlike some Harvard educated wussy change-talking snake oil salesmen I've seen around before (tax reduction for 95% of people my eye!!!!). She seems trustworthy. She seems authentic. She seems to really care about getting things right. She seems to be committed to reform. I don't get ANY of that from Obama-Bidden. It ain't gonna be change with those guys its gonna' be (1) tax n'spend; (2) diminish military preparedness in many ways; (3) liberal social agenda; and (4) gun banning. That isn't change -- that is the same old screed the Democrats have been running on for years.
