What a coincidence? I just happen to need an emergency loan too.

Think I'll get one?

OH wait, wait, wait, I remember,

You only get help if you're worth over a certain $$ amount.

I'm too poor to worry about thus I get no "emergency Bailout", see I'm just a taxpayer citizen with rights, not a "mega corp" that only exists on paper.

I'm an actual human being with a family. Who cares about bailing out such trash as that right?

Oops, gotta run, Wall Street just called, they're out of diapers again, gotta go pay my taxes to shore'em up for another week.

See ya!

You know what? it would be in their best interest to keep states like CA, AZ, NM, and TX running smoothly or they are going to need to find jobs in their own country to support their own citizens.

Or better yet, the states bordering CA, AZ, NM, and TX should kick in the money to keep the illegal immigrants here so they don't have to deal with and/or supportthem. Heck, it would save them at least that amount of $ in the future.

I mean really we in CA couldn't possibly cut our spending anymore or tighten the borders anymore or lighten up payroll tax some so that businesses can actually grow and create more taxable income instead of leaving the state completely. What do you guys want?

Hey DD. North Dakota needs a big loan to buy long underwear for all the poor workers. I guess we could sell Ice to the southern States.

I just heard about CA wanting a Bail Out now. Who is next besides NY City. CA does take a beating supporting illegals. However they seem to want it that way. At least SF and a few other cities like that. They want them, They got them, let them worry about it. They wont enforce the law.

Maybe Texas could give California a loan with an easy adjustable rate. We won't even ask for a down payment.
