"Deep Thoughts" about the financial crisis
If they are so smart, why did they get us into this in the first place?
It is going to hurt them worse than it hurts me.
If they got us into this in the first place, what credibility do they now have for posing as experts and wise counselors?
What promises do they provide that this is the total bill for the fix 'em up solution?

Frankly, I think a lot of people can fairly ask the above questions when being asked to fund this massive bailout. What one of the people urging us to do something -- the legislators, the financial experts, the media -- has any credibility whatsoever?
