Mike Huckabee is going to have his own show on Fox

This really surprised me, although I think he acted dumb with opposing a bailout, I think he'd do great as a show host over the weekend primetime waves. He always was entertaining, I'll probably watch it when I get the chance.

I'll watch it too. Huckabee was always "my man" in the campaigns. He is cool and a regular kind of guy. [8D]

I just watched it. Great show except for him closing with the fox band,that was really cheesy.

The "Fox Band" was pretty funny. Mike (when you're good friends with him, you can call him "Mike"[8D]) was playing base and was actually a decent base player.

What I found amusing was that he was the only one in a business suit and he was reluctant to even smile during the performance, let alone bounce around a bit to the beat as everyone else was doing and as musicians usually do.

It was as though he didn't want to break his image as a serious politician. Perhaps he should have thought of that prior to agreeing to play a progressive tune on national television?
