In Afghanistan of course - Forgotistan as the troops call it.
Were still focusing on the smokes screen of Iraq and failing to seek justice for 9-11.
Just lately, Bush has decided to send more troops to the real war on terror - adopting the strategy slowly that Obama and the American People have been calling for for a long time.
The head-fake of Iraq has worn thin and the People are seeing trough it asking "where is the justice for 9-11?"

Yeah, Obama has been calling for more troops for a long time. Perhaps you and Obama need to realize Afghanistan is a NATO mission not just a US mission. Perhaps it would only take a simple phone call from the great unifier, Barack Obama, to get France and Germany to send combat troops not pizza boys.

More troops have been needed there since the beginning - remember the Taliban and Al Qaeda? They're still there fighting the strongest miltary on earth in a shoe-string war after 7 years - and they've gotten stronger lately.
What's wrong with this picture? We can't beat a bunch of rag-tags hiding in the hills because the bulk of our forces were diverted to the war of Mass Distraction in Iraq.
I'm not convinced we are winning in Afghanistan - are you? Any of you care to answer that question straight up and honest?

I'm not so sure you are convinced. You first claim WE need to send more troops with no mention of the noncombat role France and Germany have taken. In this last post you once again only refer to who's fighting over there as being the US.
Iraq wasn't a mass distraction. Iraq has proven to be a success with many many gains. The only distraction has been you liberals not knowing which way the wind is blowing.[:-]
