Just read that Obama is going to raise taxes on small business's that make more then $250k a year. I should have mine started within a year with a possibility (slim) of doing $300k my first year. Sorry Bama! Your not getting any of my money!!...or my guns...oh and I'll take care of my own retirement and healthcare...

It's almost funny when you hear a politician talk about "taxing the rich" or "taxing the businessess". "All they do is pass the tax right on to the consumers, thus the middle and poor, the majority of the people end up paying the tax increase anyway.

This is precisely the point Fred Thompson made during his speech this past Wednesday night, you know, that night that more viewers tuned in to watch than during the Democratic National Convention. I wonder how many undecided voters heard that speech and heard that quip Fred Thompson made, something like some of us work for business owners and those business owners pay taxes and those business owners may reduce wages/reduce wage increases/reduce staff in response to those tax increases.

Many many small businesses (actually the backbone of our economy) are operated as Sub-Chapter S or L.L.C.'s. The "business income" and the "personal income" are all wrapped up as one. In that situation, 250K is not at all hard to achieve. Thus, BO wants to up their taxes. Bad deal for sure.
