not understand, no explanation is possible.
A golf course is a willful and deliberate misuse of a perfectly good rifle range.
Guiliani's red meat speech took me by surprise. I expected Romney or Huckabee to be the bigger attack dog. He really got in some good digs against the democratic ticket.
Too bad half of Giuliani's 'good digs' were outright lies and the other half were over the top exaggerations. Just my opinion, of course. I'm sure you McCain supporters think he was Moses with the 10 Commandments.
Palin spoke well. "What's the difference between hockey moms and pit bulls? Lipstick." That was the highlight of her speech.

Lots of damage registered by the several speeches last night. Gulliani got in there with the 146 "PRESENT" votes of Obama in the Illinois legislature. How do you parry that? Unless Obama can say something like "That is true, but I voted up/down on 500 other issues, so I cast a definite vote in about 80% of the votes." I haven't heard that and doubt that I will. Seems Gulliani made some strong points about Obama's wavering positions on Israel and the Middle East generally. Yah, lots of damage was done.
And as Gulliani pointed out, the assessment of this damage and the election in November is not going to be determined by East Coast media journalists wearing striped shirts, hunkered down under an instant replay hood -- it is going to be made by the voters. I'm thinking a lot of voters heard what they deemed plain speaking last night and are persuaded. Hard to answer the attacks, they were on point.

Why? I won't change anyone's opinion and nobody is gonna change mine. It'll just start an argument and let stupidity run free.
Credibility. I believe that is one of the big questions about your candidate. But ya, you are right, you wont change our minds, but it would be nice to see truth.

I will agree Gulliani stuck his foot in his mouth when he said Palin will be bringing executive experinence to the the ticket, which is what McCain was lacking. Not a good move on his part. The media is going to run with that.

You're gonna have to get the heck off this forum and really do some hard looking to find that. Truth is always hard to find in an election year, but it seems to be in extra short supply this time around.
