McCain's attack ads are close to getting out of control. The RNC needs to reign him in a bit.

I can understand what he was trying to do with the ad, and I myself think it's funny. Like a lot of others outside the liberal circles, I think that Obama IS an egomaniac. But a lot of people mistake these types of ads, and the Time story is proof of that. There are certain lines that you don't cross, and right now McCain is playing right into the hands of the Democrats who said these borderline low-brow ads would be the norm of the campaign.
