After listening to Obama's energy plan in Lansing Mich. I have to say that he has a Policy that blows McCain's plan out of the water. He was also quick to point out McCains getting over a million from a room of chearing oil executives. Obama has a plan, it seems to save the country. Best plan I have heard yet.
Please Rainmaker, what exactly was Obama's plan he annouced today? I certainly didn't hear a single thing that was going to lower the cost of fuel at the pump. However you said you did so please enlighten us.

I found it on Yahoo. He basically says he will make the country energy independent within ten years blah blah blah at a cost of $150 Billion...
He will also release 70 million barrels of oil from the Stategic Petroleum Reserve...
Yeah, sounds like an awesome energy plan to me!!

Hummm interesting. Well, He said he would produce 5 million jobs right off the batt. He also laid out alot of new enery Ideas that sound pretty good. I figure 5 million jobs would be nice off the start. CalHunter, you need to watch the speech, and then tell me what you think. That goes for the rest of the quick respondersthen you might see what I mean about what he said in the speech.
This is the same guy who thinks we can save as much oil by inflating our tires from 24 psi to 32 psi as we can gain by drilling off-shore. I'm not sure I trust any plans he conjures up to make the nation energy dependent.

BenGarrett, you then surey also know the situation economicly we are in. If your not sure that you don't trust, then you are correct, All you can do is hope they implement some of it. He is saying he will do it.
