Friday was my last day of work for my company. It was a construction company, I was a salesman/job supervisor. Pretty much the whole time I have worked there my boss an I didnt really see eye to eye. Well Friday he made the comment "how stupid can you be", this comment was based on a diffrence in opinion, not anything I blantenly or accidentialy screwed up. It was a heated argument, alot of cussing and name calling, basically I hate the guy with every fiber of my being. Now not to worry I have been interviewing for diffrent jobs for a week or two now, and I will start my new job next Monday (fingers crossed)
This brings me to my question, my boss employed about 10 illegal immigrants, two of which have criminal reacords in Mexico. He also subs out alot of work to illegals, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are ILLEGAL, I could even point out which ones are.
Should I (since my boss is SUCH an ass) report them, this would be a fairly damaging blow to his business. What would yall do report them to immigration or not. I mean I could tell them exactly where they will be working monday morning.

Dont be sorry I gladly quit, I was thinking that I could do it undetected. I was just going to call and report them, thats it.
But................... are you saying that the authorties wont do anything ???
Yeah, My friend owns a company in tex. for 30 year. The patty wagon comes to his factory twice a month. The employees are back in 1-2 days. Some of them have been with him 30 years,....soooo[:@]

I wouldn't lose any sleep reporting them. If your reason is revenge then that is just what it is. If you are doing so as a concerned citizen then I say go for it. Hiring the illegal workers hurts us all and the fat cats that are prospering by that cheap and illegal labor should be slapped. One part of the solution to border security lies with removing the "look the other way" when it comes to cheap illegal workers.

I can't believe you haven't already. But like Rainmaker 111 said, they will be back next week. They need to throw the employers in jail, that would make a statement, but neither this administration or the next will do anything about it. None of them have the Nutz to do what is right, they are ALL afraid of losing votes.

Yeah, well this just went down Friday afternoon, and even when I worked there it did always bother me, because I cannot stand illegal immigrants.
