I knew they were as dangerous as pits, they were just waiting for the right time to strike.

Those mini dachshunds are a ticking time bomb. When they latch on to a toe, their jaws lock and the only thing that breaks theirlock is a loudthunder clap or the removal of the toe. They were bred to be at toe level, and get the most leverage when trying to remove it.Once they taste blood like this one did they become even more dangerous.

I think the breed should be outlawed.

first off, its assumed, not fact and second, if Dachounds become the #1 attackers and maulers and killers then by all mean, lets start the process of WHY and put a stop to it

Doxies arevicious dogs, no doubt.

I've got a pair, on red, one black and tan, right in front of me, mauling their screaming electronic monkey playtoy,,, maybe I'm be next...... I suppose maybe its time I start wearing a pair of hitop sneakers 24-7, to mitigate any potential ankle bites

I had a mini-dachshund once, and it was the bravest dog I have ever seen. He had no idea that he only weighed 14 pounds.

These low riders dogs have developed a mean disposition after years of urban dwelling. These once timid creatures have evolved into viscious beasts after years of thumping their nads when trying to jump upthe street curbs. Buyer beware.
