Pelosi and her ilk are praying they can get the "fairness" doctrine passed. That way, they can try to force Limbaugh off the air. Seems to me this would be an extraordinary violation of the First Amendment. The government should NOT be involved in determining content.
I also find it a little bizarre that there are NO leftist talk radio personalities whose ideas and commentary are accepted by a large enough audience to keep them on the airwaves... and yet, the Leftist candidate appears to be ahead in the polls.
Awesome. I give him the big high five for that. For those out there who say the American Dream isn't alive and well take note. Rush defied his father and didn't graduate from college, eventhough most his family are lawyers. He choose his own route and worked and lived his dream. I'll also add, most on this board feel he is an idiot. Just remember if that idiot can make it big through hard work (I might add moving to where the job was), what are you waiting for?

None of them seem to do well on the radio because they either take themselves way too seriously or they are a total nutjob like Randy Rhodes. Al Franken is a funny guy, but put him in front of an Air America microphone and suddenly he is the most self-righteous, boring person on the planet.

Well, i like nutjobs on the radio if they are entertaining. Rhodes wasn't. That was the crazy thing about Air America,little good information and no fun at all. On the other hand, I don't like Limbaugh that much but find him entertaining and somewhat informative.

The constant attack by liberals against Rush is totally unfair. They attack him because he is right and they are wrong; he makes the liberals look like the idiots they really are.
