Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Did Bush get one right?

Apparently North Korea has demolished the cooling tower on its main nuclear reactor.

Honestly no. That madman was screaming over there rubbing the big red button threatening to start WWIII, unless we appeased him. And we did. So what keeps that madman from doing it again and again? I realize it is the easy route and maybe a calculated route with our Middle East activities. But somebody else will have to deal with this again in a few years.

Perhaps you are right BC that someone may have to deal with him in the future. However, the 6 ways talks mean he goes against his neighbors and give us more of a bigger stick to apply preasure. Also the are due to hand over a complete report detailing their activies and programs.

So to answer you question ips, absolutely. We now have had two very bad countries abandon their nukes and come clean.

The left won't give Bush an ounce of credit for appointing minorities to key government positions, greatly increasing aid for fighting AIDS in Africa, and knocking off a regime (Taliban) that was one of the most repressive of women on the planet. So, I don't that he will get much love for this either from many.

You think he's done trying to get nukes.

Any chance he has them and enough fuel to build more?

That's part of the package they must turn over. It looks like Bush is following the Reagan model of trust but verify. I'm glad he refused to follow the Clinton Model of agreeing and appeasing. Then when you know they are cheating from day one before the ink is even dry, look the other way and go on the talk show circuit for weeks touting the lies of success. Funny I seem to remember the Dems were screaming for the Clinton model.

I also forgot to add, Pakistan has also turned over tons and tons of information with regards to their scientist and his activities abroad working with these countries.
