Apparently the rumor is, is that both the witness and victim were paid off....of which the witness still testified, yet the victim and family didn't appear in court....
I htink R. Kelly clearly crossed the line and have not allowed his music played around me since the story broke.
But I'm lawyer enough to state that since he has not been convicted of anything, legally he is not an offender. Factually and morally are different issues.
Heard he gave the witness 20k already, promised her 250k, haven't heard if/what the victim was offered. Victim and parents weren't at the trial....curious to know why the parents wouldn't attend? Hopefully news of cash exchanged will break.
How old was he at the time of the alledged incident? she was....13yo was it? he was 30ish?
