As tragic as the loss of any member of the US Armed Forces is, consider
the following statistics:
The annual fatalities of military members while actively serving in the armed forces

Clinton years (1993-2000): 14,000 deaths
George W years (2001-2006): 7,932 deaths
If you are surprised when you look at these figures, so was I. These figures mean
that the loss from the two latest conflicts in the Middle East are LESS than the loss
of military personnel during Bill Clinton's presidency; when America wasn't even
involved in a war!
Its amazing how the numbers can be bent. The Bush administration has no reason for the carnage they have caused, except the money, and access part.
???? I knowyou need to focus on the little picture however the bigger picture shows it's worth it but unfortunately it does cost lives.

completely false but these dumb ass republicans eat this kind of stuff up. whenever you say something about g.w. though it's clearly a lie.
Excuse me, but, to whom are you referring? You can always tell when someone can't make a rational argument, because they're the first to start namecalling.
These numbers were posted here before, months ago. I believe I was the first to point out that the numbers were incorrect. And, I don't see any of this site's alleged "dumb as republicans" eating it up...
