Here is an FYI
From everything I've been able to gather, the Cap and Spend bill went down in huge flames. The Dems couldn't get it off the table fast enough and the Republicans tried to keep it there to get everyone on the record. A big atta boy needs to be given to Mitch McConnell. Yesterday he demanded the whole bill be read on the floor. It took 10.5 hours to read the 500+ pages of BS legislation. Turns out, it was full of what? LOOP HOLES. Not only is it dead, but there wasn't any type of monuvering to ensure it could be brought back to life. Looks like they'll need to start over again. Yes, there is a God!
My only questions are: How come they don't demand every piece of legislation be read on the floor before those idiots even try to debate? How many times have you heard after the fact, "It was so big, I didn't read it all and that's not the piece I was voting for?
