I really wish it was up for debate. Unfortunately, we've been told the dabating is now over, even though there never was one, and we must act now. What a shame the alarmist are afraid to stand on their (lack of) facts.

Even if there is enough of a majority to overcome a filibuster, I don't think they have the strength to overturn Bush's promised veto.

No they don't and it won't pass this year, however all three running are 100% for a cap and trade system.
