Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Who convinced Gore, Clinton, Clinton, Kerry, Kennedy, etc. etc. etc. not to mention the leaders of several other countries, before President Bush was elected?

Former press sec. who had no acess to secret meetings, who backed President Bush 100%, all of a sudden decides to write a book that is straight from the left-wing war room and he's suppossed to be trusted 100%?

Give me a break......

Why only 100 years? Why not 200? I know you want us to lose but unfortunately we are winning and doing it right. You can tell because the only peep you here these days are folks like yourself whininng about the same ol false hoods. Even the papers had to quit writing about the war because the news is just too good these days!

I think Mc Clellan looked at an Obama rally and came up with a plan to sell a whole bunch of books.

So when we bring our troops home and the whole region implodes, and becomes unstable to the point of maybe never bringing it back, oil at 200 dollars a barrel will become reality. And when we are paying 8-10 dollars a gallon like the analysis suggests is possible, and go into not a resession but another great depression, I seriously doubt you will be around to tell us yeh hussien obama. Don't sound like you thought it thru HH.

Of course not. To many on the fringe left, anything positive is taken for granted. They can't imagine the insurgents taking over when we leave because in their one dimensional minds, it hasn't happened yet, so how can it? They don't have the mental capacity tounderstand that with our troops gone, they are no longer there to secure Iraq.

Same thing with our not sustaining a major attack as happened every few years under Clinton. It hasn't happened under Bush by coincidence only in their minds, but somehow at the same time we are in MORE danger because Bush's policieshave created millions of NEW terrorists.

Hit the nail on the head there. When he resigned it was all peace and love and fuzzy bunnies. Then he spotted a big pile of money being offered by the world's leading socialist piece of dung... Georgie-boy Soros.

Just curious, HH... Have you actually read the book? Or are you getting your talking points from the half-witted clowns over at the DailyKOS?

I would like to know that myself. From everything I've heard about the book it's nothing new and he lacks any evidence. I guess I will never know myself because I certainly won't waste my time reading it. We might get some light on the subject because now he must testify before congress. We know the dems will sit their are read speeches about his courage to come out with the book and blame Rove and Cheney. However, perhaps the Republicans will grow a pair and ask real question of Scott like "Where's the BEEF?".

Yep, McClellan is a scumbag for taking the money, playing the game to the end and then turning traitor. This seems to be the thing to do in politics: No one has the guts to just quit, they like the glitz and glitter too much. Remember McNamara was SecDefduring the Viet Nam war.Decades laterthe scumbag went to Viet Nam, hob-nobbed with the war leaders there, bad-mouthed his own policies and wrote a book.
