The vast majority of sellers at the gun shows I've been to are federal licensed firearms dealers, and have to do instant check, even at gun shows. Closing the loophole means I can't go into the gun show to sell one of my firearms in a private transaction, but... I could legally do it out of my trunk in the parking lot. This is just a big red herring...

...or is it? You honestlydont think it will cover me selling a gun to you? I think it will and we will be headed to a gun store to get a check done and paying an outrageous fee for it.
