Yep, they gave the scumbag a sweeheart deal for two murders, let him out of prison after 15 years and gave him money. Let some poor old lady with no income try to get some monetary help, and the same folks who gave that scumbag a disability check will tell her no.

I'm not an expert on disablity (Thank Gawd). Can someone actually receive a disability check if they never worked in the first place???
