The Pinal County Sheriff's Office says a pickup truck carrying as many as 60 illegal immigrants crashed early Sunday morning near the town of Arizona City. Four of the occupants were dead at the scene. 27 others, many of them airlifted, were taken to hospitals in Tucson and Phoenix. The rest of the people in the truck fled the scene.

The crash happened south of town. Sheriff's department spokesperson Vanessa White says a preliminary investigation says speed, inattention and possible alochol may have contributed to the rollover crash.

So far no arrests in connection with the accident. The driver of the truck was among the people who fled the scene after the crash.

I agree. The notion of them here illegal makes me mad, but that issue needs to be addressed after the life or death situation is taken care of. Our tax dollars go to render aid to many stupid, crazy, or lazy people. To get upset over one area and ignore the others is a bit one sided.

The Hippocratic Oath is not legally binding in this country, and never has been. In fact, few medical schools today require graduates to recite it, let alone abide byit.

Hopefully the dead were organ donors. That might make up for the costs...
