I know what I'd like to do with them, hell they earn more than me and still aren't happy.

I guess Prince William is really going to have to cut back on his 'training missions' now.

The English don't have a clue. We could run England and Scotland better.

They're supposedly rationing rice. I think I'll list our supply on ebay. Anybody wanna buy (almost) 10 lbs of Calrose rice?

With something that vital to a nation's economy and defense, I hope the British government has the stones to pull a Reagan and fire all of the striking workers and replace them in order to keep the country running. (See air traffic controller strike)

Here's what Fox is saying about it:
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,352753,00.html
"There is plenty of petrol and diesel in Scotland to meet demand during this period of time," the government's business secretary, John Hutton, told the British Broadcasting Corp. "But of course there is going to be a challenge if people change the way that they consume fuel."
Gas stations in and around Edinburgh were limiting purchases to $40 per visit Saturday, and lines of cars formed beside some pumps. A number of stations reported they had run out of gas and diesel.
