I heard some of the comments from the Yankee management about this. They are trying to paint the Red Sox fan that did it as something along the lines of a child molestor, and they are coming across like tight-a$$ed idiots. Even in our overly litigious society, it would be an absolute miscarriage of justice if that guy ever has to see the inside of a courtroom.
