I don't know where you come up with that theory. But I'm all in favor of foreign aid if it will increase the markets for the sale of US products.

It's looking very obvious beau your voting skin color and not based on issues. Since you can even make a statement like this it shows you have not done any of your homework on Obama. This foreign aid dealhas been on this forum many times in the last few months and it's very real. Obama wants it's tied to our GDP.
Back to the thread. This is more and more evidence showing how bad the real Obama is. If he isn't spoon feed line by line from his speech writers, hescrews up big time. How many times has he done this now and had to explain his words? At least 6 or 7 times and it's always when he is freely expressing his ideas.
