Yet another example of poor education!
Awhile back was a thread regarding some northeast's state's supreme court demanding their wildlife division regulate the canned hunting. I said then the court has no authority to demand such action. They can only rule they have the authority to do so if they choose to excercise it.
Here is another example of folks who feel the courts are above all other branches. The EPA in the last few weeks said they would study the "Green House Gases" but not jump into regulation of them. Here are some states trying to sue to make the courts force them into action.

The EPA made the right decision and it's a shame our education is that bad in America to have folks in these positions not understand our government.
