Obama is a friend of the sportsman, huh? He just wants common-sense gun laws, huh? Now we know that the 1996 survey in which Obama said that all handguns should be banned was made up of Obama's thoughts, not mischaracterized thoughts by an aide, as he had previously claimed.

His interpretation of reasonable restrictions is a total ban. Even without that FACT you pointed out, he has said he believes the DC ban constitutional. At the same time, he believes in reasonable restrictions. So there you have it, total ban Obama! It depends on what the definition of "is" is...
