Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Riots if Obama popular vote, Clinton delegate count?

Someone on TV today said that if Obama wins the popular vote and Clinton the delegate count, it will turn back the clock to '68. Should someone be poised to call Reginald Denny and keep him from firing up his work truck?

As long as it's only the Democrats rioting, I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Reading one of the democrat's blogs in the capitol city paper is revealing: "It will make 1968 look like a pizza party."

So you read something similar to what I saw on TV. Do you believe the democrats should live with their rules of superdelegates not having to vote in lock step with the public, or it will give certain people in the party the right to loot storesand bash innocent people over the head with bricks? Don't get me wrong, I do NOT want to see Hillary win because she is despicable compared with Obama. But I also have seen democrats try to change the rules of the game to suit their purposes, and think in all fairness you should always play by those rules/laws.

In Denver?!

I think the Democratic Party should manage its affairs as it sees fit. Thepolitical bureaucracy it has created suits the interests of right-of-center Americans from all backgrounds.

I ammended my post while you were replying. I realize democrats think differently than I do about being able to change rules during the game, and figure maybe some in here can explain why they think it's ok to do so.

Many of the power brokers in the DP are baby boomers who grew up studying communist theory and watching the COMINTERN in action.

I just read an article on Drudge about how she'll do whatever it takes to win, even if she knows it will destroy the democrat party. I'm sure she'll try to sway the superdelegates if she thinks she has the slightest chance of winning, despite Obama winning the popular vote in a big way. It will be VERY interesting to see how this turns out.Her campaign has already done well to try and seat Florida and Michigan after she agreed to the party rules they wouldn't count...

I'm hoping they burn down Denver, and Hillary stands up out of the ashes and declares victory....Any way she can get it.
