NY Times is going to release unsourced romurs linking McCain to lobbyist tomorrow. They a going into smear mode. I guess this means they don't really love McCain.

I don't think it'll stick, let alone derail his campaign. This is Congress. With his PR team, he can find a way to explain or rationalize whatever relationship the Times is reporting.

The worst thing about the whole story was the fact NY Times said they have been sitting on it for months. Well then, if you've known about it for months, why would you endorse John McCain?

Limbaugh was right. The New York Times would drop him like a rock just as soon as hebecame the nominee. They couldn't even wait for it to be official.His days of being the media darling are over.

The story is completely baseless of any facts by the way.

I read the story and if I read it right it is talking about something that happened 8 years ago and they spun it to look like it happened recently.
And It was more about lobbies than anything.
