Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default For the first time in my adult lifetime, I am really proud of my country

Will Michelle's statement bring down the Obama campaign? (which was made twice by the way without any damage control from her own mouth)

Hypothetical question:Can McCain beat Hillary if for some reasonObama wasout of the way?

From someone who is as conservative as they come in many ways and would never vote Obama, much to do about nothing. She didn't mean it in the way everyone is spinning it. It's a comment made by an amateur on the public stage. She may have said it twice but it won't be a third time. If anything this spin attacking her will help Obama.

Hillary is finished. If she oes turn he delegates, which is legal, the dems will split this year.

I believe everything happens for a reason. While Mrs.Obama may not have WANTED to say it, it may be an indication she's THOUGHT it all the while. Nice candidate. This statement SHOULD finish her, but none of the major venues are playing up the story...they love this do-nothing skunk and they'll bury the story as if ....
No harm done.

I do not see McCain (Hillary lite) beating Obama.

His wife's comment will not bring down the Obama campaign: If anything it will solidify it. While Rush Baby and Coulter obsess about McCain and Hillary, this guy Obama is about to get the Democrat nomination. Hey folks, Obama is your worst nightmare and he is very popular.

And this is because Obama has become the new teflon candidate, replacing Cohiba Bill Clinton as the untouchable skunk du-jour. Basically, I feel Dame Obama is just another grasping power-seeking Hillary and the fact she can voice her disdain for this country and get away with it says volumes. You are right, her comments will not bring down the campaign...the media being leftists and racists will ignore the comments; they want a black LIBERAL in the Oval office and Obama's Stalin-esque motivational speeches just make them swoon. I'd back Clinton in this...even tho' it appears her candidacy is dissolving into vapor before our very eyes, because she's better than the other disappointment, McCain, dissolver of borders and restricter of free speech. You are also correct in stating that while Rush and Coulter are busying themselves savaging Clinton, their efforts would be best spent calling Obama-baby on his Oz-like depictions of what the future holds for this country and how we're going to pay for socialism in this country. His starry-eyed accolytes have themselves not taken his flowery depictions into real-world consideration and they themselves have no clue how Obama would accomplish the magic he proposes.
It's a sorry day that's coming...and America gets what it deserves becuase if and when the masses embrace socialism in lieu of personal achivement we are doomed as a nation.

If you're ashamed to be an American all you have to do is move to France.
