Why not just expand the current state programs going on throughout the country? It makes sense and it's very low cost. I'm all for having more chain gangs cleaning up the roads.

The folks I see working on these projects around here are of dubious immigration status. How many of the 2 million new jobs are the contractors going to give to illegals?
How about hiring 10 million hole diggers, and 10 million hole fillers to fill in the hole the hole diggers dig. Hey, the great Obama creates 20 million jobs, and it only costs taxpayers billions!
It is truly SCARY that the most left leaning senator, who nobody can credit with any accomplishment, has an excellent chance to bethe POTUS.
That one works for me. Costs would be low especially if the "laborers" are fed the standard bread and water.
I prefer Howard Stern's platform when he ran for a NY office years ago. He promised to fix the roads AND clean up street crime. He said he would fill all the potholes with convicted murderers. Still makes sense to me today.

I can start a 'green builiding' company and rake in your money! Thanks suckers. why not just bypass all the federal nonsense and send the money to me direct.
