Gitmo is good

An alleged close associate of al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden is facing a number of charges, including providing material support for terrorism, the U.S. Office of Military Commissions said Friday.

Ahmad Sulayman al Bahlul of Yemen is being held at the U.S. military prison in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

He is also charged with conspiracy and solicitation to commit murder of protected persons, attacking civilians, attacking civilian objects, murder in violation of the Law of War, destruction of property in violation of the Law of War, and terrorism.

I think that Gitmo is good. It's just the Pentagon's PR department's handling of it that's not so good. No matter what they say, it'll never be enough, so they're screwed no matter what. I just wish they'd stop giving hippies and liberals ammo to try and close it all down.

Absolutely Gitmo is good. For the life of me, why would anyone (Jonh McCain, The dems don't need to be mentioned by name) want to bring terrorist on US Soil? If you do that, they would automatically be given an ACLU lawyer andConstitutional protection. That means unending law suits and they could recruit pissed off folks in our prisons with wanting ears. Gitmo isn't our soil and isn't subject to US Constitutional protection.
