Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default 208 Vacancies

Hey not only do the Dems not care about your high cost of energy and continue to block Oil Drilling, Coal plants and Nuke plants by telling you, you use too much. They keep saying conservation is the ticket for growth and more expensive alternatives are better. They are now not truly caring whether or not the country slides into a recession. They are banking on what's bad for America is good for them.

Did you know there are 3 seats open on the Federal Reserve Board? The nominations have been held up by Dodd since May. Guess what, he has no plans to schedule a vote and replace them. If you truly think we are going into a recession or jusy may be already there, shouldn't we have our Federal Reserve Board firing on all cylinders? Then, let's add in nominations for the Presidents Council of Economic Advisors and an Undersecretary of Commerce is there any question the Dems are praying for a recession?

Did you know there are both the Federal Election Board and the Security and Exchange Commission are severely hurting right now? The SEC only has 3 of theirfive board members. The FEC is down to two of theirsixmembers of theboard. Who cares about our financial markets? Their not important are they, only the rich have investments? You poor folks only get to stare in from the outside correct? I bet you"re glad you keep your money under your mattress and not in the bank. The FEC isn"t important right now? The Dems are glad at meetings the two members can only now make nonbinding opinions. The Dems certainly don't want them in the way this year. They've learned in the past, it's a lot easier to cheat and break campaign laws before an election. After the election, they become good at claiming not to know what their campaign manager really was doing and pay the small fine. Right Hillary, Bill and Al Gore? Big Al"s response "There is no controlling legal authority" (in response to the Buddhist Monk"s illegal fundraising). Let"s not forget Hillary"s campaign manager"s accounting errors when she converted to hard cash by falsifying food receipts. You know we could go on and on with Bill"s China connections but they should be fresh in you mind now that two similar scandals have already occurred with Hillary"s current bid for the Presidency. Intheir mind the end always justified the means.

You"re also going to need to stop complaining about product safety in America. That board only has 2 of its 3 members. The Dems solution 6 months ago was to pass a band aid and allow them to operate with only 2 members but that has expired beginning of this month with no plans currently to extend it or vote on the nomination.

I hope national security isn't a priority for you. It certainly isn't for the Dems. How many of you know that prior to 9/11 almost half of Bush's management team weren't in place because they were being held up in committee? In fact, it was late in the Q4 into Q1 before the Dems quit blocking his appointments. They were still bitter over Florida. You would have thought they learned. Apparently not.Four Defense Assistant Secretaries are being blocked, one Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security are being blocked. Don"t worry though, we don"t need them anyway. Hillary is going to send Bill to make piece and Obama is just going to send himself. If we only ask everyone, "Can we all just get along? Can we? The world will come together in harmony.

I think most of us here will agree that the vast majority of Democrats don't have the IQ of a sock-puppet.
