Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

There are things to like. There are things to dislike.

From the two candidates on the opposite side of the aisle, there are no things to like. Period.

If McCain is the nominee, I'll suck it up and vote for him, if only in the hope that he'll appoint the right kind of justices to the SCOTUS.

Better to have a president you dislike than one you despise.

Any Republican is better than Hillary or Obama.

The point about SC Justices is a good one. I'd like to at least hear him come our way some on issues instead of having him tell us to chill out and come his way!

He took one for the team. Now let the fun begin as Hillary and Obama destroy each other, I wonder what skeletons will be found.

The typical Democrat primary scenario is that candidates seek to win more primary votes and hence more delgate votes by out-liberalling each other. When the most liberal Democrat is nominated by his party, he or she has effectively ceded the center to the Republican candidate who can then use the Democrat nominees utterances from the primary season as proof positve of their abject liberalism.

So how are Barrack and Hillary going to overcome each other? Not by promoting right wing or right of center ideas. Both the early emergence of a clear Republican nominee and the late emergence of a clear Democratic nominee is positive news for the prospects of a Republican winning the presidency in 2008.

I don't know much about McCain. But really, how liberal can you be when you have been a combat fighter pilot and have resided in the Hanoi Hilton fora few years?

I'm interested to see what he has to say at CPAC. Maybe he'll win over some converts there...

He at least has a consistent record of voting pro-gun.

doesnt matter... in the end we will yet again be forced to choose the lesser evil. What happened to us? We should pipck our president from the best people our country has to offer not the worst.... perhaps this is why voter turn out is so low, because we know that even if our votes countedwe will bescrewed either way.

Just watched Romney's entire concession speech. He made a very good speech and showed a lot of class.Romney emphasized the need for Republicans to stick together.
