I am just glad they are finally starting to crack down on welfare, but the truth is if your an immigrant you get treated way better than a citizen. I say no more welfare for them you get a job or we pay for your plane ticket home and then wash our hands of them. I'll pay someone to see that they make it on the plane on time.

Thanks, unfortunately it isn't the first time I have had to defend myself on this. My little sister was dating this kid who was bad news and she tried to tell me that I was just being racist, nevermind the fact that she knew my ex-boyfriend and he wasn't white by any stretch of the imagination.

i wouldn't take duane to seriously in this regard. i hazard to guess he was being ironic, and is not really calling you a racist. you have to read him on a regular basis to get him.
now that i think about it, as i'm starting to get him, i think that means i better stop self-medicating.
Good poem Doc, just one word needs to be changed in it. It should read Illegal aliens not Illegal immigrants. An immigrant is one that is here legally and trying to become an American. Whereas and Illegal alien really doesnt care if they ever become a citizen.
Looks like there is a great element of truth in the poem to me.
