Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Abortion

On this 35th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision, I would like to share my views on the issue of abortion.Life begins at the point of conception. No one can deny that after a human being is conceived it will develop into the very same being as those debating this issue. What astounds me is that those who favor abortion went through an identical development stage as the being they are condemning to death. Would these very same people agree that a similiar choice should have been made about their own existence? Abortion today is used primarily as a birth control of convenience because people are too self-centered to take precautions. They prefer their own pleasurable self-indulgence over the care and sanctity of the life they created. What ever happened to taking responsibility for one's actions in this country? Is it too much to ask a woman who has conceived to place the child into adoption? Nine months of discomfort is nothing compared to life in prison for voluntary manslaughter! Does thefatherof the child have a say in this? And what about the constitution of the United States? Are not all people conceived in this country deserving of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness? I believe abortion is a crime against humanity and should be outlawed.Weneed to overturn the Roe v. Wade decision and get back to cherishing life in this country. For a country that murders it's children cannot be far from self destruction.

Your opinion is noted and respected. But I must say that if I were aborted as a fetus, something tells me I wouldn't be here worrying about it today. Some people disagree over the issue. Such is life. I say that the states legislate as they please and that Americans choose for themselves on an individual level.

True, although the person hasn't even had any thoughts yet. If it's aborted before it's born, it wouldn't matter. Should we have a law mandating that all women have kids? If they don't have sex then a person loses out on life. It's just like how someone loses out on life when they get aborted.

I have debated this over and over here and none of us will ever agree on this subject.

Potential human life begins at conception. Human life begins when there is a developed brain and a beating heartwhich begins between 4 and 5 weeks.

Suppose your 13 year old virgindaughter was brutially raped by a sick 45 year old piece of scum and became pregnant. Would you mandate here to carry to term and have the child? GodI hope not.

There are viable reasons to have an abortion. Making abortion illegal across the board is irresponsible and should not be permitted.

It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president."

Define a pregnancy bigbulls - I dare you. A pregnancy cannot exist without 2 living humans - FACT

I wouldn't have my daughter kill an innocent human life. God I hope you wouldn't.

Of course not. You would have her raise the child as her own for the rest of her life, like any responsible and moral Christian would.

IMO life does not begin until there is a developed brain and heart. Your opinion differs and that's fine.

I wouldn't force her to do either and I hope you wouldn't. AndI hope that there will never be a law that would forceher to do one or the other. I hope that she will have a choice of whether or not to give birth to a child that is the product of a brutal rape.

Like I said, none of will ever agree on this and I knew better than to post on this subject cause we all just end up arguing about it and getting pissed off.

I'm out. You all can argue to your hearts content. I have done it here too many times and we all still believe what we believed before we all started arguing about it.

Rape, incest, and heath risk to the mother is (IMO) the only reason why an abortion should take place.
