The last time a Bush(Sr) gave us a "rebate" I discovered that it came about via the IRS ordering that all those filing zero exemptions be bumped up to one exemption. It came to my attention months later when I didn't get a refund the following year, our company accountant now has a standing order from me to inform me if there is ever another such "rebate". Be careful what you wish for, no politician has ever given anything away without taking it from someone else.

In 2006 they change my wifes exemptions to 11, someone fat figured a key. She never looked, I paid will over 10,000 at the end of the year[&:]
