Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Protesters ask Clinton to iron shirts

SALEM, N.H. - Hillary Rodham Clinton's campaign stop was interrupted Monday when two men stood in the crowd and began screaming, "Iron my shirt!" during one of her final appearances before the New Hampshire primary.

The overflow crowd burst into applause and some began shouting, "Iron my shirt" as the two were taken from the hall.

The only thing that would have made it funnier is if they'd said "Iron my shirt, beee-yotch!"

I made a mistake once.... My wife asked me what I'd do if I didn't have her to iron my shirts for me. I said I'd take them to the cleaners and they'd wash and iron them for 79 cents. That was almost 20 years ago, and she hasn't ironed one since...

My shirts are done for 99 cents. I can't see how it is a worthwhile activity to clean and iron one's own shirts if you live close to a cleaners. I think my wife has higher value activities that she should be spending her time on rather than washing and ironing my shirts, like darning the holes in my socks.

Like I said, it was 20 years ago. The cleaners did them for less back then. And, at the time, she was a stay at home mom, so she really didn't have a LOT to do other than chase kids around and clean stuff... which she was very good at....

Those personal steamers are the best thing invented since non-toxic dry cleaning...

ipscshooter: I'm just joking around. Actually, it is surprising the costs of shirts have only gone from 79 cents to 99 cents. How much has the cost of cars gone up? milk? electricity?
