It's 49 degrees right now which is waaaay above normal and supposed to go into the fifities the next couple days.

If this melts the ice on the Great Lakes we could all die!

No... that is what happens every year and they call it spring and nobody dies. It is a great season just before summer.

I love it when we get a warm snap in the middle of winter and people are calling for global warming. Last year in indiana we had extended cold weather and people were saying that global warming simply couldn't be true!

It got warm like this at this time last year in Indiana as well (one of the local golf courses opened up for a weekend [8D]), then it got COLD up until the Super Bowl. I was ice fishing the day before the Colts/Bears game when it was -15º.
