This was not much attended, but did any of you find it weird that Hillary Clinton would call for an international panel to investigate the assassination of that woman in Pakistan (whose name presently escapes me)? First, what business is it of Hillary Clinton to make a public cry for this and just on what pretense does she expect Mussharef to be listening to her voice? Second, what sovereign nation anywhere would accede to this kind of request? Wouldn't this be tantamount to admitting, "Oh, we are like little children here, unable to take care of ourselves and manage our own self-governance! Please come in and figure out what happened!" I found that to be very unpresidential (talking about pissing off a head of state of a moderately important country whose good will we at least sort of depend upon to try to keep things together in the middle east) and also typical Hillary over reaching, power grabbing.
I think she's playing the feminist card. She wants to be the first woman president, and she knows she'll need all the women on her side that she can get. Bhutto was Pakistan's first female prime minister, and I can see Hillary thinking that she's acting on behalf of all women out there by digging into Islamabad's political turmoil.
It also is symptomatic of her desire to build her credibility in foreign policy and the war on terrorism. As a former first lady and juniorsenator, her resume is looking pretty sparse when it comes to executive leadership in the arena of geopolitics.
I can tell you that I doubt very many Pakistanis want her getting involved in this crisis. Hillary is certainly doing more harm than good on an international level. Furthermore, I would be quite surprised if any significant number of American women give a damn about Bhutto or Pakistan. Most people can't find the country on a globe.
Hillary is afeel good far left internationalist who expects the whole world to kow tow to all her silly @$$ed wishes. As president (gasp) she wouldinvite some feel good international"panel" to "investigate" the "proliferation" of firearms in the US: Not to mention Gitmo.
Hillary investigating any wrongdoings is like having the fox watch the chicken house. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. I wonder how many her and her husband had offed in Arkansas?
Oh yeah, and someDemocraticbloggers and PR writers have been painting Musharraf as Bush's puppet. If Hillary can further discredit Musharraf, in her eyes, she discredits Bush as well. Took me a while to think about it, but this might be one of the more important motivations. She's not held back criticizing Bush as a failure while holding herself up as the answer to his alledged mismanagement of the war.

You have to understand, she taught all those slime ball tactics to her husband. We thought Bill was scum, you haven't seen scum at it's best yet! If she has her nose in it, it's because it's going to make her look good. ( Which in my eyes, nothing can ever make that witch look good) Guess, by now you know how I feel about her and her weasel husband.
i agree mike huckebee called mushhharef to tell him to get controll.
i think hilary i just playing the feminst card like aught six said.
If she get in officei am relocating to a morecountry that like my way of live better. HECKIRAN would be better then her

Maybe we should send Hillary to Pakistan to look into it.
Best idea yet! She wants foreign experience"¦. how about running for prime Minister in Pakistan instead of POTUS. If she does a good job and stays alive[/b] she will have plenty of experience. The one good thing is if she were to be the PM there a veil would cover her hideous face.
