Well, Charlie, there's certainly no shortage of perverts out there. The fireman is an idiot and criminal for dropping his pants in public. Just stupid.

I think the woman she be arrested to, but then again, the police sell drugs, arrange hits, and break all kinds of laws in the process of investigating and arresting other criminals.

You're both right. It was entrapment, and she should have been cited like the dumb firefighter..

Talk about double standard. ( no pun intended )

The scariest part of the whole article for me:

Law enforcement officials say that such sting operations are an extremely effective means of lowering crime rates and stopping the criminally minded before they commit worse offenses.

When did being criminally minded become a crime? Might as well arrest every really good policeman right now. How do you think we catch all those guys? You gotta think like 'em.

I guess I'll let his lawyer deal with the entrapment angle. But I'm not going to waste a lot of sympathy on a guy who doesn't have sense enough to keep his pants on in public.

The article reveals that topless sunbathing is legal in that park. However, I don't think a disorderlyor lewd conduct charge would be over the top for the woman, were she not a police decoy. It's generally against the law to ask strangers toexpose themselves pubicly.

Most places, anywhere a man can go shirtless, a woman can as well. That's not generally publicized. Exposed genitals in public are illegal everywhere I know of.

It's one thing to be sunbathing topless and quite another to call a guy over and sweet-talk him with one leg on his shoulder. I didn't see whether the woman was a snitch or a cop, did I miss that?

a little moral fiber on his part would have eliminated any chances of this happening at all

he's guilty of that for certain
