Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Huck's New Ad in Iowa

He pretty much copied from Paul's ad. Good thing he has no money to spread this copied ad around. Not only that, he's practically wearing the same clothes. The only thing he didn't copy was his family wasn't in the video like Paul's. I wonder why?

Here's both of the ads...

Huck's
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8xn7uSHtkuA

Paul's
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XZPCWGtIupE

I kind of expected this though as his grassroots forum copies everything from ronpaulforums. They're having a money sparkler soon. lmao.

Your kidding me. You think he copied it? I think I have a merry Christmas video out there somewhere.

F3D, its fairly common in the information age to make Christmas online videos and pictures before Christmas. I know your in California, but its more prevalent in the heartland states.

It's interesting how they put a white shelf behind him that looks very much like a cross. I'm sure it wasn't by accident. As much as this guy is trying to pretend he won't inject his own religion into the presidency, he certainly has not shown it with stuff like this. He sounds like a pretty nice guy, I will give him that, but I wouldn't trust too many preachers as far as I could throw them.

I think he is explaining its about the birth of Christ our Lord. Saying that outloud pretty well makes the shelf kinda a moot point.

Yeah, like some of the same people who don't have a problem with this ad also wouldn't with an ad by a jewish candidate wearing a yamaka in front of the star of David, or a muslim one talking about the meanings of Islamic holidays? Nevermind the very different religions, I am sure some of these same people surely would have a thing or two to say about a catholic candidate making a commercial in front of a statue of Mary the mother of Christ!

Okay, it was just to poke some fun at it. I know it's not totally the same, but I'm sure he saw it, and that's what influenced him to do this. You have to admit, they're strikingly similar. No other presidential candidate has ever done this to my knowledge. Why do you say online videos? It's an ad that just went on youtube. His ad is a little different though. He's flashing his Jesus credentials to get some votes i.e. that's why there's no family, he brings up the birth of Christ, and there's that "cross" in back of him. I heard he nixed the family idea because his son tried to hang a dog on that christmas tree.

Foxnews sure is "fair and balanced".

Paul breaks the record books and didn't get diddly squat in media attention yet... Hell, McCain got a lot of publicity from Lieberman's endorsement. Huck gets "his" idea off from Paul's ad, and then Fox thinks it's so original that they have to put it on their site. Wow.

I'm an athiest and don't have a problem with it.lol. Being up front with his religion will help him and hurt him it's a chance he is taking to gain votes.
