Have you been to
pandora.com ? I LOVE it, its a combination of satellite radio in that can be adjusted to your tastes, streamed to your wireless device, played on your computer ..... and how does this end up in the politcal forum ?
The world is changing by leaps and bounds.
In 1998 I was given a laptop by my company and I hated it. Today I don't see my life without one. Today ? I'm totally wireless. I have my wife a wireless phone, my daughter is 8 and she'll get one probably next year or the next. I have a PDA right now, don't know what to think of it just yet though. I manage all my bills through on-line payments when I can. Direct withdraw and payments for everything that I can. On-line shopping is a mainstay. Forums to chat with people are entertainment. I can download and watch movies, connect my computer to my TV and stream down movies without ever physically renting one. I can do the same thing in a car, or in an airport or whereever becuase I have a wireless aircard device - and its fast with EVDO and the evoltuon wireless technology has. Soon VoIP is going to rule - forget your landlines - they'll be scrapped for the copper and be done with them.
And just recently Pandora emerges. I like my selection of "Roxette" - it gives me the music I liked as a kid. I've also got a "Jewel", "Van Halen" and "Leann Rimes"
