is it too dangerous to cgo to church anymore ? more church killings

Two more church attacks today in Colorado - New Life church I went to when I lived there.

I know statistically church shooting are very slim chances .... but why take ANY chance when it seems like churches get targeted so often nowdays ?

Damn society for making these trench coat and assault rifle punks the object of attention. We really do need an armed nation. Sure, the statistics are not overwhelming, but it's getting to the point that average people really are wondering if they'll ever face a nutjob like this.

I wonder how "legal" it is to carry a piece to church ?

This church had armed security gaurds that shot the shooter down dead.

Wouldn't Jesus approve ? [

It's obviously not an epidemic, but I remember hearing about a few others over the past couple years. Usually a psychotic gunmen settling a grudge, with a handful of casualties as the result.

In Virginia it is illegal to possess a firearm in a church "without good and sufficient reason". Federal anti-gang laws are potential a lot more restrictive when it comes tocarry in church.
