Only an IDIOT could believe that only one of the ten articles of the Bill of Rights would assert a collecive, rather than individual right. That the right to bear arms was regarded as an individual right by the Founding Fathers should be obvious, as at that time, the militia consisted of men who were REQUIRED to report for duty WITH THEIR INDIVIDUALLY OWNEDWEAPONS, as the States had no weapons to issue to them!

But I too am scared, after watching a movie the other night called "Idioacracy" who knows?? (Although set 500 years in the future, it seems the inmates will still be running the asylum at that future date. As they are today!)
