CA facing now 10 billion budget deficit!
Heard it tonight and laughed my butt off. Arnold came in there to fix things. Took positions but cowarded like a "Girlie Man" to the unions and the Dems. What was the solution by the Sec of Treas, raise taxes. I hope they do because my area is benifiting from their mistakes.
