RE: Serious question?
My take off the top of my head is that it's a benifit right now to us because it's the foreign goverments who are loosing money right now. As the dollar slips, their money they loaned us is loosing value and is not in their best interestto allow that to happen. However, in the long run it may make it less atractive for them to loan us money for our deficiet spending. That could open a whole new can of worms good and bad. That's my theory, I'm having it checked out and hopefully will have an answer or at least know where to look.
