Rebuild New Orleans is a bright idea.
For the life of me, I have no clue why we keep rebuilding the toilet bowl known as New Orleans. Im very familure with the place and it has always been know it will flood, has flooded, and will flood agian, but we insist on pumping money into the place.
At the rate they're rebuilding the next Cat 5 hurricane will flush that toilet once and for all. Move uphill or be inundated, not real hard to figure that one out.

Some of New Orleans is built on natural levees and did not get much flooding. If rebuilding efforts were concentrated in those areas, then there would not be much of a problem, comparatively speaking. But, for a variety of reasons that aint gonna happen.

Shuole we rebuild California fires,hurricanes , mudslides etc? Florida is right in the way of a whole lot of hurricanes. How about all of these towns in Tornado alley?

Fire problem, we created by not letting nature burn with small natural fires.

Florida takes care of itself, for the most part. Even with that said, its not below sea level. The part that is, is left for the gator.
