Oklahoma Illegals Going Away

For the past couple of weeksthe Mexican restraunts in town have had help wanted ads. Ditto for the landscaping companies. Looks like the illegals are leaving for greener pastures in the north and east.

I believe our high school and college age kids are some of the laziest in history. There are excepetions, but im speaking about the whole.

I noticed there seemed to be a shortage of melon pickers this year. Didn't see all those old, uninsured trucks running up and down the road like usual.

I beleive the Johnsons sold the buisness. Or are in the process. Dont know who is doing it now, but that might have had something to do with it.

Why should we care? We are americans, and we love to meddle. We just need to keep telling the world we know best, because we do.

On the other hand, pre-castro cuba had huge economic ties to the US, particularly in turism and agriculture (not just tobacco). It would make sense to start planning on recultivating some of those ties in a more sensible fashiononce castro and his 70+ year old brokick the bucket.
