That's a real shame. I wonder how the investigation of the stray arrowwent about. I'd hate to think that these guys are losing shooting time due to a lying, digruntled neighbor.ButI suppose nowadays, wherelawsuits are filed by the thousands every day and insurance premiums skyrocket, acity does have an obligation toconsider its liability in operating publicparks like this.

I would have probably done the same thing with the expection of seeing if there was at least a portion of the practice range that could be left open due to it having extra safety features/barriers<sp>.

We call them line rats. BUTTplugs that push boarders to the limits. Yards are nolonger off limits in PA ,50 yard saftey zones what a joke.[:@]
